Terms of Service

♥ Delivery time: On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-5 business days after purchase. UPS Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international).

♥ When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking info.

♥ Will my mug be replaced if it arrives damaged?
Absolutely! Please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

♥ In another case, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

- Your item is going to be shipped by UPS, kindly DOUBLE CHECK your receiving ADDRESS when you place the order. If you give the wrong address or undeliverable address. You have to be responsible for return shipping costs and re-shipped this item to you once more time as result with $10.5 for domestic and $13.5 for international.
